Established 2005, Southern Retreats was established as a result of the real estate community desiring a long term and vacation rental management company focused on owner and tenant services.

Our management team found the main problem area in traditional property management companies is lack of communication between all concerned. Our management team strives to create clear communication with all parties, thus creating the finest rental management experience possible.  

Communication with tenants is important so no misunderstanding over tenant expectations, responsibilities and rights. Our goal is to create a relationship with our tenants which assist in maintaining our properties at the highest level possible.

Communication with our owners allows owners to make the best decisions possible concerning their properties. Our goal is to protect the owner’s investment in the property.

Our current goal for expansion is to the mid Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach areas as well as the ever growing Leland area. Look for these expansions in 2008. This will allow Southern Retreats to better serve its growing client base.
